A Students for Justice in Palestine social media post about an upcoming event raised multiple concerns. We conducted a full evaluation of the situation this morning and are taking the following actions.
AU Statement on Off-Campus Incident Involving a Palestinian Flag
A small, attempted fire involving a Palestinian flag occurred on the public sidewalk along Nebraska Avenue on Friday afternoon. It did not occur on university property, and we do not have information about who was involved.
